By accessing and using Arena's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Arena sells digital software products (including panels, apps, tools) and offers custom software development services. All services are subject to these terms.

3. Account Registration

You must register an account to purchase products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Products & Licensing

All digital products are provided under a non-transferable, non-exclusive license. Licenses are subject to activation limits (e.g., number of devices) as specified on the product page. Reselling or distributing license keys is strictly prohibited.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed via UPI with manual verification. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are fulfilled only after payment verification.

6. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on eligibility for refunds on digital products and custom services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by Arena are protected by intellectual property laws. Arena retains all rights, title, and interest in our digital products.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not: (a) reverse engineer or decompile our software; (b) share or distribute license keys; (c) use our services for any illegal purpose; or (d) attempt to bypass licensing restrictions.

9. Custom Development

For custom development services, Intellectual Property (IP) rights transfer to the client only upon full payment of all invoices related to the project.

10. Limitation of Liability

Arena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or refund.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
