Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Because of the nature of digital software and license keys, our products are generally non-refundable once the license key has been delivered and activated.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase AND the license key has not been activated or used.

3. How to Request

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@arena.dev with your order number and reason for the request.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (UPI) within 5-7 business days.

5. Custom Development

For custom development and freelance services, initial deposits are non-refundable as they cover time allocated to the project. Subsequent milestone payments may be refundable based on the specific contract terms.

6. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate orders or failure of the product to function as advertised.
